如何填寫245i的485表

前輩：您好！

我的一個朋友是辦結婚245i的，請問申請485的時候是填寫：I-485,Application to Redister Permanent Residemce or Adjust Status form，還是填寫：Supplement A to Form I-485 Adjustment of Status Under Section 245i form？還是兩個都要填。申請時要注意什麽？多謝了。
