I think you need to make it clear when the letter was sent out. Before you made the appointment or after you made the appointment. In the former case, you need to take Sep. 20, and you’d better cancel the Oct. 25; in the latter case, you take Sep 20 and just forget the Oct. 25.
Can you share what is the exact time you submitted your 485 and which centre? It seems that they really have no change about the FP pressure although they said " If this receipt is for an an 1-485 application …………………
