please help-PERM online acct

My employer is registering PERM account on line so that they can submit my perm application.
however what are the EIN number and NAICS code? are those information fill on line to open the account very important. What effects it will have on my future perm submit?
also,what email should be left as contact email? my boss's email or the company gereral email such as info@xxx.com?


who has opened on line PERM submit account. Maybe can share some experiences?
