Ask to file or sue her

I am sorry to hear your story.You can check the contract to see what is her responsibility. I think you can do two things:1.Talk to her nicely to ask her to file for you,just try your best to get it done. Ask help from your boss even though they may be on the same boat.One word,do whatever just to make them file for you.2.Call the attorney board in your state or city,complain to see if they can help.There should be free legal consulting in the court of your city.Check the court website to find something like "help yourself" to see if you can get free help to sue her!
You can do both together and negotiate with her with you got from the other source.
