沒人回答,H4返簽再問

簽H4一定要H1的stamp嗎?老公隻有F1的stamp,在美國轉為H1後沒出去過.公司的律師說簽H4要H1的stamp,但在網上查詢好多情況和我一樣的(F2轉為H4)單獨回去也簽回來了.矛盾中,該怎麽辦?
