Like #2 Q, if you are from PRC, u may meet the requirement of the treaty between China and US, then u can waive Fedral Income tax. Go to IRS web site to find the info please.

Same to #4 Q, he is asking which is better(hold H4 or apply F!, but anyway go back school for sure), if you didn't get it, just do not answer it.
