For those who can help, I thank you first.
I heard from Director of my international office that there is a difference between O-1 and H-1b in the matter of applying for a green card: if one's immigrant visa petition denied, he/she can't go back to his non-immigrant O-1 visa, on the other hand, it's ok if you have an H-1b. My questions: (1) Is that true? (2) Can I jsut submit I-485 without submitting I-765 (EAD)? (because IO told me I have to submit I-765 although I don't intend to change employer and my three year O-1 has just started)
Thank you so much again.
I would like to help those who have questions in getting O-1 and J-1 waiver via IGA.
請問我見,dan712等大俠:O1 to greencard
