Code 1 mean: finger print(all of your fingers for FBI check and );
Code 2; biometrics ( only right hand indicate finger, digital picture and signiture. these for your future green card)
Code 3 = Code 1 + code 2.


code 3 is best, you will get green card when your I-485 get approved,
