2nd LUD after FP

I did FP on 25th Aug, and the LUD was changed twice, 25th Aug and 26th Aug.

I guess first LUD (same day as FP) means FP has been done, but how about the 2nd LUD?
Does the 2nd LUD mean name checking is finished?
