I-94 with Advance Parole

When travelling in and out of the States using Advanced Parole, what should I do with I-94? Can any XDJM with prior experience share your experience?

1. Leaving
Which I-94 should I submit at departure? I came in with F-1(stayed in the States since) but later moved to H-1. Should I submit the F-1 I-94(the one I got when I came in with F-1) or the one attached on my H-1(never used)?

2. Coming in
Which category should I put on my I-94 card when coming back to the States with AP (I will not apply for H-1B visa)? Should I put H-1, my current non-immigration status,or something else?
