I don't know why and that's why I am concerned. When I talked to the representative in the customer service center, she first asked for a "ASC code", which I had no idea of. I persuaded her to schedule me an appointment after giving her the zip code. However, my hu*****and was refused when he called to schedule an appoitnment. That worries me. It seems that TSC gave us an instruction different from the procedure used in national service center. This morning I called them again and a lady wrote down my explanation and told me to call again if no FP notice is sent to us within 30 days.
