Thank you for the information. The point is that getting GC will take a huge amount of time, and I really don't think I should sacrifice my career for this piece of paper. Therefore,I decided to take the risk of J1 visa. If you know how to get the statement of need from the Ministry of Health in our country, would you like to share the information. Thanx a lot.
