請救我於水火之中啊！！！多謝

我的H1B到2006年11到期，可我的I-94卡的有效期是2005年1月到期，跟我的H1 VISA有效期一致，也就是說我現在已經過期近7個月了（小弟當時從加拿大入境的時候什麽都不了解，甚至不知道那個卡片就是I-97,也就不知它的重要性了）。請有經驗的兄弟姐妹告訴我，問題嚴重到什麽程度？如何解決？關鍵是第二個問題，叩謝！
