I-485 + G-325 or G-325A?

Hello friends,

I am filing I-485 by myself. I am not sure which one I must file together with I-485, G-325 or G-325A? The difference is G-325 in duplicate while G-325A in quadruplicates. Or either is OK? According to USCIS.gov website G-325A is needed. The problem is I can’t fill G-325A online (PDF). I filled G-325 online. Any advices are appreciated.
