we had it early this month

I just had all of those last a few weeks (but at TSC). Basically you will receive that "notice" within a week, in which it will tell you to make an appintment through "http://infopass.uscis.gov/" with a local ICS (you better do it right away before you get your notice to save your time), and tell you what you need to bring with (but we took passport photos as requested in that notice, and they finally took ours themself and did not use ours). On the date you go for your appointment, they will take your fingerprint and take your picture, and then they will stampe on your passport and take your I-94 away (if there is one on your passport), and they will tell you that it will take max 6 months for you to get the green card. That were all we have met (no any another document they want to see). Also, in fact, after 2 weeks we got the green cards posted from TSC (after the apponitment 6 days we saw the information on-line that the green cards had been mailed to us).
