For 140 NIW RFE, 20 samples at different service center: (from friends, forums)
How many were approved?
3 out of 20 were denied.
All three denied cases, LUD of 140 and 485 changed at the same day.

How long you may expect to konw the result?
Average 14 days with standard deviation of 8.3 days.

My case approved after 18 days.
