FP RD 6/17/2005, I did it on 7/21/2005.
The expired passport was public affairs. It was also very tough for me to exchange passport and get J-1 waiver.

Hope this information be useful for you guys. Because I did not hire a lawyer, I failed to pack all required documents. This is a lesson. Therefore, a lawyer is also helpful and important. I have a meeting. I will come back to review further questions later. Good luck for all!
