my wife's case is till pending because I am the principal applicant.
I am not sure what's going on your case. You may call VSC to get the detail.

During my calling, it seems that USCIS has two systems about 485 case(I guess one for USCIS internal information and the other is for external information). The lady just told me that my wife's case has completed in one system and mine is pending.
