google the DOL visa bulletin.

I485 can not be approved unless the case is all ready PLUS your VISA category has available visa number from DOL, which in DOL term is 'current'. That is why there is no more EB3 approval after EB3 became 'uncurrent' from the DOL VISA visa bulletin since this June.

Just got my FP done recently, and I am still waiting ...
