Don't apply two H1 together. If you did it, usually, the last approve notice will be in effect.
If you want to accept the 2nd one, you can transfer your H1 when you get the 1st approved. The only thing is your credit. If the first professor want to do sth, you may have trouble.
I know one case. A guy accepted two offers in one University. When unversity know it, he lost both of them since everyone think he is unhonest.
