我的485 轉到 local office，昨天來了一封信，要下星期去麵試，要帶好多文件， 象
: I-864
: Tax return 2002 – 2004
: Letter from employer
: Lease agreement, or mortgage statement
: Joint account for banking statements

我的485是以LG 是以 EB 同時申請的綠卡，結果他的在半年以前就批了，我的才來信

請問在 I-864 的PART 2 選哪一個：
a. I filed/am filing the alien relative petition
b. B I filed/am filing an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending
immigrant, who is related to me as my _________
