I140andI485填表問題

請問大家幾個填表問題， 謝謝了。
1。I485 part3: Were you inspected bu a US immigration officer? 選yes還是no?
2. 我是主申請人，我太太的I485上Part3B中填了我得材料，有一項是"applying with you?"請問yes還是no?
3. I485 part2，我選h, 應該如何解釋哪？就寫cocurrent filing嗎？。我太太是不是應選b,not h.
4. Alien registration number 是啥呀， 好像沒見過？
