LUD on AUG 4.

I did not get email but when i logged onto USCIS website, I found that the recent LUD is Aug. 4. The information was still the old after FP though. What does it mean? will I be transfered to local - it would be my worst fear since it means taking a long time.
my case:

485 RD Feb.FP April 30.
140 AD July.

anyone has any experience?
