sorry, it is the 1st 485 appro

the approved 1st 485 shows LUD on Aug 10 (approval) and Aug 11 (card order).
My 2nd 485 also has LUD on both dates, but without any content change.

In the letter, I just asked them to switch my 1st 485 to my approved 140, but no any response. then I called them and they said I had to cancel my first 485 and file a new one. I submitted another 485 and provided all the details of my two-485 situation in the cover letter. "if it is inappropriate to file two-485, please withdraw my first 485....". One week later, got FP notice for first 485, and even worse, three weeks later, got 2nd 140 approval -- totally a mess for me at that time.

I personally thought that my EAD renewal trigged them to look at my 485. they are working the 485 submitted Aug 19, 2004 and my first 485 is only two months later (submitted on late Oct 2004).
