請問誰有在美國境內B類簽證轉F1的經曆？

請問B類簽證可否在美國當地轉學生簽證？如果可以，去哪裏辦理？謝謝。請有經驗的同學給點建議。


是不是必須要在入境時向移民官表明轉身份的意圖？移民官在I94 FORM 上批準轉並且注明轉身份？
我當時沒想到要轉簽證，到了美國後去一所大學參觀，和DEPARTMENT一位教授交談，他說可以轉學到這邊，我才動了心思。還望大家給予指導。
