Help!!!

Hi everyone,I have a question and please help me with it.I am on OPT now and working for a small company.I applied for a new graduate school last December and I have received there new I-20,but now my company agreed to help me with the H1B Visa.I wonder what I need to do with the new I-20 considering that I am going to go to school any more?Do I need to submit this new I-20 when applying for H1B?Thanks so much!!!
