求助！

我於2003年3月持H-1B來美國，有效期是明年2月。後換工作又申請了新的H-1B，有效期是明年7月。如果H-1B的工作有效期是累加的，就是明年2月。但是按新的H-1B，有效期是明年7月。我想請問大俠我的有效停留時間是從我進入美國開始，還是按新的H-1B有效日期為準。萬分感謝！
