WES is very bad, my case is still pending (I submitted on 06/01/2005), and I asked them refund, they said NO.

If you checked their web site carefully, you will find a APPLICATION FORM for international applicant, you should sent this form to your school.

I suggest you try call them first if you are going to try WES, you will find their service is also bad, I asked the customer service person if they can give me the phone # or person name who take in charge refund, they said they do not have this kind infomatiom, also if you email them, you always get imediate response, but it is AUTO-reply email, only regular infomation, anyway it is very hard to deal with them, think very carefully before action.
