關於FP及NAME CHECK,急需幫助

我收到了FP的通知,是CODE 3,這是我第一次收到FP通知.網上很多人都是先收到CODE1,對了?有沒有什麽區別?
另外,是不是隻有做了FP後,FBI才會開始NAME CHECK? 我怎麽知道移民局有沒有通知FBI開始NAME CHECK呢?謝謝答複!
