Depends on job desciption

If just doing programming, might be difficult, since white guys who graduate from community college can also do the same job.
But if it related with lots of advanced math, or other stuff, might be OK.

The key is you need to consider whether this job is something the company can also hire a 4 year degree white guy to replace you (he can have several years experience). If not, then it's OK.
