信裏有一條：
For applicants from the people's republic of china ONLY:

- your names in telegraphic (commercial) code. 這是什麽碼？
- where and when did you study english and or french in china (dates, name of the institution(s)
- Have you or any members of your immediate family ever held high-ranking position inthe chinese government or communist party?
- what are or were your parents' professions and rank?

上麵的東西是不是我寫封信聲明一下就行了？還要什麽材料來證明嗎？
注：我已經體檢，並且免麵試。
