寶寶的護照沒辦下來，奶奶病了，急回國。

寶寶的護照申請了7個周了，到現在還沒下來，我已經要求加急了3次，也沒見反應。定了這周六的機票回國，我帶上寶寶的出生紙，中國旅行證，可以出美國關嗎？美國這邊要看美國護照嗎？會在護照上加注嗎？進中國關會不會有什麽問題？請知道的XDJM說說。謝謝！！
