You need to think carefully:
1. if you change to H4, it will be hard for you to change back to F1 because H visa allows immigration intent and F1 does not. If your hu*****and files I140 and I485 before you graduate, then I am pretty sure you can never move back to F1 status.
2. if you stay as H4, then you don't get OPT after you graduate. If you find a job at graduation, you have to ask for H1 sponsorship right away, otherwise, you can't start working.
