I don't know if he is good or bad.
However, bad English doesn't mean anything.
If he is responsible and can do the job by
himself that is good enough. When you find a
lawyer who asks his assistants to do the work
for you, you will feel terrible. Since I had bad experience with the assistants here, I don't like them. They just use one cover letter and paste some words from the recommendation letters.
