the information you provide is very helpful and correct. thanks
one more thing i have question is. if EB2 start 排期. they will provide a cut off date. so for NIW which day count as that time. because NIW don't have lab certificate. is that mean 140 time will be count as. that would be extrame worse. since the reason why people apply NIW is because it save Lab certification time. but if it count as 140 application time. every one needs to wait long time. it lost the meaning of it should be.

is that correct?
