Please help-NIW evaluation!!

國內醫學碩士+美國碩士,現在大學做研究， NIH project。老板發paper奇慢。一篇剛剛published（雜誌level還可以），一片剛剛submitted，還有兩篇非第一作者的pending， 國內有近十餘篇（6篇第一作者，5篇第二，第n作者).會議文摘四篇（均為第一作者）。兩個membership（不是什莫honorable membership），國內文章有十幾個citations，但研究方向與現在的不完全一樣。美國的論文還沒有citation。
看現在NIW批的快了，怕錯過這個村就沒那個店了。
麻煩各位給評一下的可能性。我在NSC.
