ref NIW NCS

Please help me with my puzzles.
Did Any body get require further evidence letter from NSC, recently? NIW case. The letter I received a few days ago is a long, four-page letter. The requirments are very general, looks simply copy/paste from a official document. Is this a common letter received by most applicants recently. It only took 3 month for NSC to process it. I feel it is really fast.
How many more reference letters are required for this case. My lawyer said three will be good enough, is it right. How much chance I have to get it approved nowadays?
