I concurrently submitted my family 140/485 in 2/05. All of us still haven't received any FP notice. My lawyer has already sent two inquiry letters for this issue. Still no response. I call NSCS about this issue. They told me: the processing time of I485 based on empolyment is June 03 2003 in TSC. But the FP just valid in 12-13 month. If you got FP right now. When the time process your case, your FP will be expired. Just wait!

Another issue. because of the worst security of my current apartment. I want to break lease and move out. But still worry the troubles from address change during 485 pending. So sad.
