you are not qualify for PERM

I am not detail about PERM, but my friends said actually PERM makes more difficult to apply GC on the EB3, beacuse of PERM repuires certain amount salary. Your salary definitely is not qualify for PERM.Why don't you think about NIW, It's short cut to you.
