1。如果我以B1身份遞交I485，最多在美國待半年，但是如果離開美國又很難再以B1進美國了， 因為有“移民事實”的risk。
B1 cannot co-exists with 485.

如果我有多次往返的H4， 是否可以自由進出美國（在遞交I485後），而不用申請AP？ 同理， 我太太如果有多次往返的H1， 就不用申請AP了，對否？
No. If you leave US during 485 pending without AP, your 485 is automatically abandoned. Of couse you can still enter US with valid H1/H4 visa after 485 discontinued.

Usually 1-3 months. If you don't get it within 90 days, you may schedule infopass and go to local USCIS office to get an interim one on the same day. EAD is valid for one year, but you can renew it every year. Once you use your EAD, your H4 gets invalid.

3。如果我同時有H4和B1簽證， 在H4失效後， 我的10 年B1還有效嗎？記得有朋友說過還繼續有效， 可以進出美國， 對否？
If you don't file 485, yes B1 is still valid. But as soon as you file 485, B1 goes away, but H4 still exists if not expired at the time.
