Who really lose face?

Only high class people care about their face no matter what kind of dirty heart they have, but it is unfair to ask common people to care about so much .. Chinese gov should self-question.. common people have no power to change their life style anyway.. gov should reponsible for what happened, I have been seeing things getting worse somewhat
