There will be another update in the near future. It will say on such and such date the card is mailed to you. Normally, all these will happen in a two to three week timeframe.

Regarding your approval letter, you'll get it in the mail. See what the letter says. There is a change in the procedure for ordering new cards and not everyone needs to make appointment to go in. You may be one of them. It could also be a mistake on their part.

But all in all, your application is approved, so don't worry. Just sit back and relax: if you can live through the whole process, you can certainly take care of little problems like these.
