Yes,
My I-140 was approved last Nov. 2004, EB1(a).
I filed my I-485 application last Dec.2004, then finished my fingerprint around January, 2005.
After fingerprint, I got an email from USCIS automatical email.It shows below:

On January 25, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

What should I do? Any suggestion? Do you know how long I-485 take always?
