NIW申請求救！誠請建議！

本人是在校Ph.D.學生，明年五六月份畢業。現在想申請NIW(Nebraska Center)，共谘詢了6位律師，以下是律師的回複總結：
律師（1）：strong case for NIW, doable case for EB1 (didn't ask any question)
律師（2）：impressive case for NIW (didn't ask any question)
律師（3）：doable case for NIW (asked some questions)
律師（4）：said my resume sent to him is too acadamic to understand, and listed a lot questions need to be answered
律師（5）：would like to take my case after my graduation as Ph.D. degree and got a full time job
律師（6）：asked me to answer some questions and then make the evaluation

從這些律師的回複，請問申請成功的可能性有多大？值得一試嗎？如果值得一試的話，哪位律師比較好（比較客觀）？
另外，如果您有NIW申請成功的經驗，能否推薦您的律師？
