Yes, my layer asked me to submit all paperworks needed for application. For medical exam, please try to ask the price as many clinics as possible. You can get a Doctor's list from CIS website. The prices of medical exam varies a lot. Ask them the price for medical exam and price for immunization. I lost my immunization records and did it agian here. While, some of my friends get proof from their own countries with doctor's signature. It works and saves some money. Do the medical exam 1-2 month before your submittion.
