For the 100,000th time, H status allows for dual intent, which means you can be denied a visa for having immigration intent. It is fundamentally different from F status.
So get married if you whenever you want. Do keep in mind that if you get married AFTER you get your GC, then you are looking at a long long long separation, but if you get married any time before your GC approval, your spouse can get her gc relatively quickly if not around the same time as you if you both file at the same time.
