Do you need higher reward or low interest rate? Do you carry balance each month? Do you travel a lot? Do you drive a lot? Do you travel to US a lot? Do you have good credit history or credit score in Canada? (US credit won't help you in Canada.)
Ask yourself these questions and pick one card for you.
Each card is targeted to different customers. You can't just simply say which one is the best.
