How to answer # 36 on DS156

My I140 has been approved, but I have not filed I485 yet. My wife will have a business trip to China this week. I wonder how she should answer # 36 question on DS156, "have anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?" Yes or Not? thanks a lot !!
