I have no idea. It seems USCIS changed the way to do FP since last year. If you checked your first notice, there is no code at all. My lawyer has no idea too. But I saw a post at www.immigrationportal.com. An Indian guy had the same thing and he said that he was told his GC was actually approved (people who did biometrics for him) and he may try to stamp his passport. But it is not confirmed.
