a question on I-140 forms

Hello,

I am planning to submit the NIW petition myself to Texas service center soon.
But I am anticipated to change my address. I'd like to use my friend address.

How should I fill the I-140 form regarding the address?

Should I use my friend's address on the I-140 form?

Or just attach a letter asking the INS to send all the decisions to my friend address?
